Strengthen the region's appeal for talent

We had the pleasure of an intensive friendly exchange of views with Christian Frölich (CDU), Member of the Hanover State Parliament and Luca Heinemann, Head of Office! During a company tour, we presented our vision system for aerial refuelling – an area where Kappa is an absolute world leader. In order for Kappa and others to continue to work so innovatively, the region of Southern Lower Saxony wants to become even more attractive to skilled workers, including international talent.
